Your trainer will meet with you to establish your goals and create a customized plan. They will then work with you each session, giving you a specific workout, coaching, and encouragement .
Our Evansville personal training programs are a great fit for anyone who:
- Has worked out in the past but failed to achieve the results they wanted
- Wants to achieve specific results (e.g. build strength, lose weight, overcome injury, athletic performance)
- Wants to increase their fitness level faster and better
(Training is available for both individuals and groups. Sessions are 30 minutes each and include equipment instruction.)

Every new member receives a FREE consultation with a fitness consultant. You will meet one-on-one with a fitness consultant, assess your fitness, health, and nutrition. This also includes the option for one free initial InBody assessment.

As a new member, you can also “test drive” 3 personal training sessions for $50 through our Kickstart program! Following your Kickstart, personal training at our Evansville gyms are simple month-to-month agreements.
