Brooke. 55 minutes. For all levels.In this transformative style of yoga,students will move smoothly from one pose (asana) to the next, uniting breath and movement. Props,such as blocks, straps, and modifications are offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures. Flow yoga helps bring mental clarity, and increases flexibility and strength.
