Kristen. 60 minutes. .Pilates class focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. The instructor presents the exercises at varied levels – allowing participants to select working at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace. You will learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep core muscles. Light weights and stability balls (provided) are incorporated to enhance and intensify your workout.
