Danielle. 30 minutes. GRIT® is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) athletic class that incorporates GRIT® strength, GRIT® plyo, and GRIT® cardio. The workout uses barbells, weight plates, a bench, and you! This class will build strength and lean muscle, improving your cardio, and torch calories all in 30 minutes!
