Jessica. 60 minutes. This class is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, balancing, and cardio intervals. Barre incorporates the fluidity of ballet, the flexibility of yoga, and the core conditioning of Pilates. It is a structured, easy-to-follow total body workout. A low-impact hour combining light weights, fitness balls, and straps (all provided) to ensure you get a challenging workout every time!
