BURN AT THE BARRE

Lauren. 60 Minutes. This class is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, balancing, and cardio intervals. Barre incorporated the fluidity of ballet, the flexibility of yoga, and the core conditioning of Pilates. It is a structured, easy-to-follow total body workout. A low impact hour combining light weights, fitness balls, and straps (all provided).
