Carliss. 60 minutes. Get ready to sweat and fun in a challenging team environment. Routines vary each class to keep your body at peak performance with a combination of circuit training, cardio, and weight training. Equipment (all provided) used include: dumb bells, bars, balls, ropes, jump ropes, BOSU ball, platforms, TRX.
