Yoga is a low-impact, yet highly-effective workout that uses a variety of poses and techniques to strengthen your core, improve balance, and increase your flexibility and range of motion.

Each yoga class will look a little different, but you can expect a variety of stretching, posing to strengthen your muscles, and learning breathing and relaxation techniques.

Yoga is accessible to people of all fitness levels. If any movement is too challenging, the instructor will provide safe modifications.
