Go With the Flow!

Yoga is a low-impact workout using a variety of poses and techniques to strengthen your core, improve balance, and increase your flexibility and range of motion.

Although each class will look different, you can expect a variety of stretching, posing to strengthen your muscles, and breathing and relaxation techniques.

Our yoga classes in Evansville and Newburgh are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Each workout provides options, letting you train at an intensity that works for you.

**Members are encouraged to bring a mat.**

Yoga is accessible to people of all fitness levels. If any movement is too challenging, the instructor will provide safe modifications.

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle Yoga is a slower-paced, low-impact class that uses a variety of poses and techniques to increase your flexibility and range of motion.

Each gentle yoga class will look a little different, but you can expect slower movements, longer holds, and an emphasis on relaxation, flexibility, and recovery.

Gentle Yoga is accessible to people of all ages and abilities and can be especially beneficial for those with limited mobility. If any movement is too challenging, the instructor will provide safe modifications.
