We help you discover the yoga that works for you! Whether you’re learning the basics or have graduated to more challenging poses like headstands, we have a mat waiting for you. Bob’s Gym offers two different yoga classes: Yoga and Gentle Yoga.

Gentle Yoga is ideal for beginners or those looking for a non-strenuous practice easy on the joints! It’s a slow-paced class focusing on stretching and even therapeutic modifications. Our traditional Yoga class meshes a wide range of poses and difficulty levels. Our instructors provide individual instruction and multiple pose variations to ensure you’re getting the most out of your yoga practice!

What to Expect
