It’s important to maintain strength, mobility, and balance as we age. Our senior fit classes do all of this and much more. We believe a body in motion stays in motion, and our instructors are here to ensure you’re staying healthy and safe!

Stay Strong and Independent

Senior Fit focuses on gentle stretching, cardio, and low-impact strength movements to keep your body strong and healthy. These classes are 45 and 60 minutes in length combining a series of lower body and upper body movements.

What to expect

We know everyone is different. No two sets of knees or hips are the same, and as we age, we have different levels of mobility and movement. Our instructors are experts at exercise options to fit your abilities.
