Enjoy the Ride

RPM is a Les Mills cycling program ideal for cycling addicts and those looking for no-impact cardio. During a 45-minute RPM cycling class, you can expect to hit between 60 to 85 percent of your maximum heart rate and burn hundreds of calories! Anyone can ride a stationary bike. You hop on and begin pedaling. RPM isn’t a typical mind-numbing stationary bike class. Our instructors take you through everything from the best bike position to challenging intervals designed to keep your heart rate up.

What To Expect

Each Bob’s Gym location is equipped with stationary bikes. We’re running both Les Mills RPM and traditional spinning classes. The difference is the programming and the instructor’s specific training. Whichever class you coast into, you’ll be in great hands! So grab a bike, pedal hard, and meet some great people!
