Les Mills Pilates is a mind-body workout designed to improve strength, mobility, and happiness.  You will use slow, simple movements to tone your abs, glutes, back, and hips.

The instructor will guide you through proper technique and control as well as breathwork, leaving you feeling strong, uplifted, and calm.

Our Pilates classes in Evansville and Newburgh are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Each workout provides options, letting you train at an intensity that works for you.

BARRE PILATES

Embrace the Shake!

Barre Pilates mixes graceful ballet, conditioning, movement, and dance. It is a low-impact, full-body workout that will strengthen and lengthen the muscles using a combination of isometric holds and high repetitions.

Using movements that are gentle on your joints, instructors will keep your muscles guessing as each class will look different.

BFit classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Each workout provides options letting you train at an intensity that works for you.

**Members are encouraged to bring a mat.**
