Boot Camp is a high-intensity class that uses creative exercises to get your heart rate up and build strength. It’s a little challenging, a little sweaty, and a whole lot of fun!

Boot Camp at BFit mixes a variety of fitness disciplines to give you a full-body workout. Jumping into this class is a quick way to improve your fitness and get motivated! You can see results ranging from athletic performance, weight loss, and added strength!

You never have to worry about getting into a fitness rut with FIT. Our classes
often use circuitsor stations to work all parts of the body in just 45 minutes.
Expect to use:

• Stability balls and much more!

Our instructors set an energetic tone during this supportive and creative
workout and welcome all sizes and fitness levels. You’ll constantly be on the
move and burn hundreds of calories in one single class! Participants should
expect something different for every class, and if any movement is too
challenging, our instructors will provide safe and effective modifications.
