BFit classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Each group fitness class in Evansville and Newburgh provides options, letting you train at an intensity that works for you.

**No Martial Arts experience needed.**

BodyAttack is no walk in the park. It’s a high-intensity class that leaves you sweaty but feeling refreshed and amazing! Although the class doesn’t require any equipment, we suggest you bring a towel and some water. If you’re a beginner, don’t feel the need to get too competitive with your neighbor. They will likely offer enthusiastic words of encouragement, but please go at your own pace. The goal is to keep moving forward!
