Enjoy a wide variety of aqua formats at our Newburgh and North locations. Aqua classes are low-impact workouts using the resistance of water to create a great workout.
You can do the workouts in shallow water (waist-deep) or deeper water (up to your shoulders or chest).
BFit classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Each workout provides options letting you train at an intensity that works for you.
AQUA FIT
Aqua Fit is a low-impact class performed in water that combines cardiovascular conditioning, strength movements, and flexibility exercises.
A variety of supplied equipment may be used such as kickboards, pool noodles, and/or a water dumbbell to increase the intensity of some of the exercises. You can do the workout in shallow water (waist-deep) or deeper water (up to your shoulders or chest).

AQUA HIIT
Aqua HIIT workouts involve short, intense bursts of exercise followed by brief recovery periods.
Instructors build a full-body, low-impact cardiovascular workout that focuses on building muscle and improving endurance. You can do the workout in shallow water (waist-deep) or deeper water (up to your shoulders or chest).

AQUA ZUMBA
Aqua Zumba is a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise that blends Zumba dance fitness with water resistance.

AQUA BARRE
Aqua Barre is a blend of ballet-inspired movements with gentle resistance that focuses on strengthening and toning every muscle in the body.
Supplied pool noodles are used for stability. You can do the workout in shallow water (waist-deep) or deeper water (up to your shoulders or chest).

SENIOR AQUA
Senior Aqua is a low-impact workout that uses the resistance of water to build strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health in older adults.
A variety of supplied equipment may be used such as kickboards, pool noodles, and/or a water dumbbell to increase the intensity of some of the exercises. You can do the workout in shallow water (waist-deep) or deeper water (up to your shoulders or chest).
