The Bob’s Gym Team Training Program provides an experienced Bob’s Gym trainer who works with a small group of 1 to 4 people at a time. Each session delivers you hands-on direction and individualized instructions. Team Training is unlimited – train up to 5x per week.
Your first session is free. Appointments encouraged. Walk-ins available on first come, first serve basis.
