Elizabeth, 30 minutes. Strong is a HIIT class that incorporates moves synchronized to the music. Squats, lunges, and more await you in this high cardio class.
Kai/Morgan. 30 minutes. GRIT® is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) athletic class that incorporates GRIT® strength, GRIT® plyo, and GRIT® cardio. The workout uses barbells, weight plates, a bench, and you! This class will build strength and lean muscle, improving your cardio, and torch calories all in 30 minutes!
