Sarah T. 60 minutes. Indoor cycling class that will take you on a race, while building strength, and improving stamina. Your cycle instructor will inspire you to ride on a fitness journey, including jumping, seated and standing climbs, and speed work.
Dan. 60 minutes. Get ready to sweat and fun in a challenging team environment. Routines vary each class to keep your body at peak performance with a combination of circuit training, cardio, and weight training. Equipment (all provided) used include: dumb bells, bars, balls, ropes, jump ropes, BOSU ball, platforms, TRX.
Tara G./Jen H. A simple, athletic workout that will shape and tone your entire lower body. Just like walking up and down stairs, BODYSTEP® is a full body cardio workout that really tones your butt and thighs.
Brooke. 60 minutes. Hatha yoga is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Traditional poses (asanas) are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath awareness. This class is based on physical postures, flow movements (vinyasas) , deep breathing, and restorative mindfulness. Jessica E. 55 minutes. Restorative yoga uses a series of easy, supported poses held for a longer time under the right conditions (including the use of many props). Yogis developed these poses over many years, but science tells us that, under the conditions set in restorative yoga, immediate effects on heart rate, blood pressure and brain activity are possible. Emphasis on complete muscular relaxation and comfort are emphasized to achieve a quiet state of mind and body.
Kai/Morgan. 30 minutes. GRIT® is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) athletic class that incorporates GRIT® strength, GRIT® plyo, and GRIT® cardio. The workout uses barbells, weight plates, a bench, and you! This class will build strength and lean muscle, improving your cardio, and torch calories all in 30 minutes!
Mackenzie, 55 minutes. Get lean, build strength, and tone muscle with BODYPUMP, a group-based barbell class to work all of your major muscle groups.
Kai/Morgan. 55 minutes. Embrace parts of yoga, tai-chi, and pilates with BODYFLOW, a relaxing class that builds strength and improves flexibility.
Jessica. 45 minutes. Fitness is a splash with Aqua Zumba! A party in the pool integrating traditional Zumba moves and traditional aquatic moves. Aqua Zumba classes blend it all together to make a workout that is cardio-conditioning, toning, and FUN!
