Request for Membership Cancellation

*If canceling AFTER the first 60 days of membership, member may cancel at any time with a 30-day notice. Member is liable for all dues owed up to and including the 30-day notice period.

*Member has full use of the gym (according to their membership agreement) through the last day of their 30-day notice period.

*A member of the management team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If there are any issues with your request or if more information is required, they will contact you to resolve those issues.
