Bob's West Side Classes

All Body Conditioning (ABC) Step- The famous Bob’s Gym step class with strength intervals in between. Lots of sweat and little rest.

Body Blast- A total body strengthening and defining class using a variety of equipment in a group exercise setting. Get motivated to tone up to great tunes. No two workouts are alike to keep you from getting bored!

Boot Camp- This 60-min intense cardio and strength training class is a sure bet to get your body jump started.

Duathlon- An intense 60-minute cardio class that incorporates cycling and running used primarily in an interval format.

Cardio Mix- All cardio class that is designed to push you to your cardio limit, strengthening your heart and burning fat! Could involve Hi/Low intervals, step, kickboxing, track work, cardio machines, bikes and sprints, in any combination. Note that this class will be modified for beginners or those who prefer lower impact.

Core Motion- This class is designed to work your entire mid-section. 30 minutes of strengthening and stretch to tighten up abdominals and back.

Cycle- An indoor group cycling class designed to motivate you to build your cardio system, burn fat, and improve your endurance.

Group Power- Here is your hour of power. Experience this muscle pumping, body toning class set to music. You will walk away with the workout of your life. Utilizing barbells and plates with unlimited growth in muscle developing.

Kick N Cardio- A moderate to high intensity workout using various kicking and punching patterns.

Pilates- This core conditioning class is hard work in a relaxing atmosphere! Taught by certified Pilates instructors, this class is designed to give participants a great toning, stretching, and elongating workout.

Power Yoga- A fitness based vinyasa-style yoga. A flowing yoga that has an emphasis on strength and flexibility.

Seniors’ Aerobics- Basic dance to basic step aerobics to music with very low beats per minute. Lower intensity. All ages invited, but mostly seniors attend.

Seniors’ Tone- This class is designed to give senior citizens a total body toning and flexibility workout. Just 45 minutes long, it is a great way to fit stretching and toning into your busy day!

Six Pack Class- No dance moves, no choreography! For all guys and girls who want a class that focuses solely on giving you a six-pack and stretching you out on the basketball court before or after your own tough workout. Make your abs burn and your muscles loose with 10-20 straight minutes of Abs and Stretch class.

Yoga- A Fitness Hatha yoga class designed to improve core strength, total body flexibility, physical and mental balance, and the mind-body connection. Hatha Yoga is the yoga style that is the most popular and easiest to learn.

Zoo Walk- Come on out to the Mesker Park Zoo every Wednesday for an instructor lead walk. Bring your family and friends your cost is the admission to the zoo. Toning with bands and stretching will also be incorporated. Seasonal.

Zumba®- Come join one of the fastest growing dance-based fitness crazes in the country! Fall in love with the infectious music and easy-to-follow Latin inspired dance moves!

Group Kick brings it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching kicking and smiling! Group Kick will knock you out!
