Arthritis Aquatics- This aqua class is geared to individuals with arthritis to take your joints through their full range of motion to keep you limber. Great class to get started in for first timers to aqua. If lightning is sited, you will have to exit the pool. You may re-enter the pool 20 minutes after the last strike is sited.
Aqua Aerobics- A non-impact cardio class great for ANY fitness level. You choose how hard you work as the water provides resistance. This class combines both fat-burning cardio moves and toning with water dumbbells. If lightning is sited, you will have to exit the pool. You may re-enter the pool 20 minutes after the last strike is sited. Bring a swim suit and join us!
Aqua Combo- Enjoy the benefits of cross training in the water! This challenging class offers the benefits of cardio conditioning in deep and shallow water combined with toning exercises utilizing a variety of equipment. If lightning is sited, you will have to exit the pool. You may re-enter the pool 20 minutes after the last strike is sited.
Balance & Stretch- Take this 30 minute timeframe for yourself to work on balance moves and get a great total body stretch to lead you into your weekend.
Boot Camp- This 60-min intense cardio and strength training class is a sure bet to get your body jump started.
Butts N Guts- A class designed to strengthen and tone those trouble areas!
Cardio Mix- All cardio class that is designed to push you to your cardio limit, strengthening your heart and burning fat! Could involve Hi/Low intervals, step, kickboxing, cardio machines, bikes, and sprints, in any combination. Note that this class will be modified for beginners or those who prefer lower impact.
Cycle- An indoor group cycling class designed to motivate you to build your cardio system, burn fat, and improve your endurance.
Cycle/Circuit- An indoor group cycling class for those of us that only have a short amount of time during our workday. In 30 minutes, you will cycle for your cardio workout and strengthen upper body with assorted equipment.
Group Power- Here is your hour of power. Experience this muscle pumping, body toning class set to music. You will walk away with the workout of your life. Utilizing barbells and plates with unlimited growth in muscle developing.
Interval Step- Step aerobics class, varying choreographies and medium-high intensity with weight training intervals. Can easily be modified for beginners.
Pilates- This core conditioning class is hard work in a relaxing atmosphere! Taught by certified Pilates instructors, this class is designed to give participants a great toning, stretching, and elongating workout.
Runners Club- Join Bob’s own running group. All levels and paces welcome. There will be a certified personal trainer that will have several different courses available no mater if you are interested in running a 5k, 10k 1/2 marathon or full marathon. This group is for you!

Strength- Let’s get stronger. Learn numerous exercises that can be performed using equipment and stability balls or just your own body weight. This class will tone you all over!
Turbo Aqua- This deep water aqua class will take you to a new level of aqua fitness. Utilizing aqua joggers you will be suspended in water putting your cardio fitness to the test. Resistance equipment will also be used for added conditioning. If lightning is sited, you will have to exit the pool. You may re-enter the pool 20 minutes after the last strike is sited.
Yoga- A Fitness Hatha yoga class designed to improve core strength, total body flexibility, physical and mental balance, and the mind-body connection. Hatha Yoga is the yoga style that is the most popular and easiest to learn. Private and buddy yoga sessions available- see front counter for details.
Zumba®- Come join one of the fastest growing dance-based fitness crazes in the country! Fall in love with the infectious music and easy-to-follow Latin inspired dance moves
Group Kick brings it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching kicking and smiling! Group Kick will knock you out!
