Boot Camp- This 60-min intense cardio and strength training class is a sure bet to get your body jump started.

Cardio Circuit- Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance and power.

Cycle- An indoor group cycling class designed to motivate you to build your cardio system, burn fat, and improve your endurance.

Group Power- Here is your hour of power. Experience this muscle pumping, body toning class set to music. You will walk away with the workout of your life. Utilizing barbells and plates with unlimited growth in muscle developing.

Hip Hop Pilates & Abs- A traditional pilates class set to hip hop music. A fun and exciting class with an emphasis on abdominal work. You have to give this class a try!

Pilates- This core conditioning class is hard work in a relaxing atmosphere! Taught by certified Pilates instructors, this class is designed to give participants a great toning, stretching, and elongating workout.

Step/Gliding- Cardio-buster—45 minutes of step aerobics followed by 15 minutes of gliding to tone various body parts in a new and creative way. Come check it out!

Yoga- A Fitness Hatha yoga class designed to improve core strength, total body flexibility, physical and mental
